we needed to follow.
We introduced ourselves to Mrs. Baudais. Then, we shared 5 facts about ourselves to
each other.
Mr. McDonald shared some speaking skills with us.
Mrs. Baudais told us a chapter of Harry Potter.
We were having a competition on phonics. We were asked to write as much as we could with the sound 'at' and 'am'.
It was so exciting!
We were working hard on our posters. We still need to work on it tomorrow!
At lunch time, we ate noodles, fruit cups and apples prepared by our host family. Also, we drank some fruit juice. After the lesson, Mr. McDonald gave us a tour of the university. The University of Saskatchewan was really big and very different from the schools in Hong Kong.
We were pretending to have a lesson, haha!
Mr. McDonald was telling us why there are always holes on the grass, can you guess why?
The answer is in the picture on the right! Search for it!
They were the holes for the 'goldvers' (marmot) !!
For dinner, we had some very good fried rice.
